Shipping - Domestic Shipping: Pualilia Creations ships throughout the Hawaiian Islands and the United States via USPS Priority Mail for $5.00 per order (includes shipping cost, packaging and handling of order). International Shipping: Please contact me prior to placing your order for a shipping quote if you live outside of the US. If you need a speedy delivery, please inquire for options and prices.

Local Pickup/Delivery is also available on the Big Island only...this means that you can pickup your purchase if you are in or near the Kohala/Waimea area, or it can be delivered to you if I am making a trip to your part of the island. Please contact me if you are interested in this option to make arrangements.

Payment Info - Pualilia Creations now accepts major credit cards/debit through Paypal! (You will be redirected during the checkout process and you do not need an existing Paypal account.) It's easy and secure...

Jewelry Resizing - Bracelets and necklaces can be resized at no additional charge, please send an email upon placing your order to specify your size requests. Resizing is only available on orders that have not already shipped.

Returns - Items can be returned for replacement or refund within two weeks of the shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip with the reason for exchange/refund written on it. All jewelry must be in the original jewelry packaging that you received it in (jewelry box, drawstring bag, etc.) and with the original description tag included. All pareos must be unworn, unwashed, or unused in any way. Insuring your return package is highly recommended; Pualilia Creations is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

Jewelry Repair - Should any piece require repair due to a faulty part or defect, there will be no charge for the repair, and no charge for shipping and handling. Repairs that fall outside this can also be made for the cost of materials plus a charge of $30 per hour. Pualilia Creations reserves the right to use descretion when determining the scope of repairs, and/or faulty parts or defects, and can not be held responsible for pieces that are lost by their owners.
